                      Receive referrals from Parish Office of Family Support of high-risk Food Stamp, AFDC and Project Independence cases.

                      Maintain activity log of referrals tracking activity of each referral.

                      Access and review two separate computer systems (L'AMI and SIEVS) the case status.

                      Maintain all case activity from referral to completed audit in a local office record.

                      Print and file in case folder the required data screens associated with the case audit.

                      Phone the client to conduct the interview audit. Prepare and send correspondence for the client to phone our office for the audit interview.

                      Conduct the audit interview with the client as they respond and phone to the audit inquiry correspondence.

                      Compare and analyze client response to the audit questions compared to information on record. Record changes, deletions and additions based upon the information gathered during the interview.

                      Send agency verification of case change information forms to appropriate parties and forward copies to caseload worker.

                      Route and retrieve via department e-mail system the SYSM e-form to office communications coordinator.

                      Access and review on-line policy up-dates daily.

                      Consult with supervisor regarding policy clarification/interpretation.

                      Attend unit staffing/training sessions as necessary to update work procedures and practices.
