duties for ten months during the absence of the Program manager of the
Medical Screening and Diagnostic program while manager was detailed to
another position.

and updated Medicaid eligibility policy and responded in writing and
verbally to inquiries from the public and agency personnel.
Medical Assistance Program Analyst

medical services by Medicaid recipients to identify overutilizers and
abusers of services through review of reports, field contact,
correspondence and consultations, with Medicaid providers to minimize
abuse of medical services.
